Services Integration: Whilst our chosen tool is SAP, our objective is to deliver business benefit. Enterprise (ERP)

PETERSON TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS ' core competency is integrating ERP solutions into major organizations, working predominantly with the SAP software solution.

We have continued to implement SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning systems within our client base for customers such as Reynolds & Reynolds, Hospira, J.B. Hunt, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, etc.

We pride ourselves on our level of SAP expertise – with an average of 6 years implementation experience across both our implementation and support consultants.

PETERSON TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS have continued to develop our capability within this marketplace, most notably by establishing our credibility within the MySap product set.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

PETERSON TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS ' experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enables customer service focused organizations to sell products and service to their customers across multiple channels (shop, call centre, internet etc) with full integration into their SAP business systems.

Our major propositions in the CRM field are based around the SAP CRM, BroadVision, Weblogic and Silverstream. The recent emergence of robust SAP CRM functionality has allowed us to further expand our proposition to include: knowledge management, Mobile Sales, Internet Sales, Customer Portals, service management, campaign management and call centre integration

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Through the use of SAP eBusiness applications to sell over the Internet, PETERSON TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS has identified significant opportunities for its clients to reduce costs through the implementation of private and public trading hub solutions.

As technologies have developed, we have expanded our capability in the SCM space to offer additional solutions including collaborative planning, eAuctions and strategic sourcing. Critically, we have recognized the need for rapid supplier adoption if our clients are to achieve the promised benefits of eProcurement and have developed both a proven methodology supporting tools to support supplier and customer adoption into trading hubs.

Integration / Middleware

As a leading system integrator we have considerable experience of implementing, supporting and enhancing middleware solutions. We implement and support a range of integration solutions ranging from bespoke solutions to industrial strength integration packages such as WebMethods, SeeBeyond, MQSeries and Crossworlds.
